Just had my car fixed and they are absolutely amazing. My Nana has brought her car there for years and years and Raves about them. They absolutely did a fabulous job fixing my car at a very decent price. They were completely honest with me about all the problems what needed to be fixed what could wait if possible. They are absolutely amazing and I would give them 10 Stars if I could

WORD OF WARNING! I've gotten some minor service done in the past from Mass tire and I thought they were great...but this was a crazy difference in price I recently requested a quote from Mass tire for a control arm, ball joint, two new tires, and an alignment, which totaled over $1,000.00. They mentioned that I needed the service done after my recent oil change. No big deal...Following our recent move, I consulted a reputable mechanic who provided a quote of $560.00 for the same work...and I received their quote BEFORE I sent over the quote from Mass Tire. Just to ensure that I didn't miss anything the car supposedly needs. Shop around people that's all I have to say Oh and btw that's hilarious about the $20 difference. Try over $100 different on unionroyal tires from my new mechanic. $130 for the control arm and ball joint assembly as well as an hour and a half worth of labor. I'm good thanks, nobody around here can compete to Norfolk County. Take care

We’re not from the area — we were here for our son’s soccer game when we suddenly had a tire issue. After searching online for a well-reviewed shop, we found Mass Tire and Auto Service, and they completely exceeded our expectations. The place is clean, well-run, and everyone on the team is incredibly kind and professional. Special shout-out to Lonnie, Kevin, Matt, and the rest of the staff. They were efficient, honest, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to see a business that truly operates with heart. They even had stickers for our kids, which made the wait easier and showed how thoughtful they are with families. We felt taken care of from start to finish. We are so glad we found this place, highly, highly recommend!
